After a quick climb into the Top 10 -KWS- has requested deletion from the OGL 6v6 TDM Ladder after being defeated 114 - 71 on Southern France vs =VX9= (their 3rd loss in a row and 4th out of the last 5). It's not easy in the Top 10. el peruvian, hans, Norwegian, marion and the rest of -KWS- have alot to be proud of and nothing to be ashamed of. Good squads are tough to come by and they will be missed on the ladder.

Last night The Choppers went to visit -=|3rd ID|=- and some of their friends for a little scrim. Although the results were a but rough to swallow for TC it looks like they took it in stride. Could this be a dawn of a new chapter for TC?

| "SOLID" - A NEW ANTI-CHEAT Program For MOHAA |

Thanks [280d]Fiery Phoenix for bringing this to my attention.
SOLID is a new anti-cheat program that was created to help the MoH:AA community with improved stability and functionality over existing anti-cheats. Free of charge, the structure of the program includes a 24/7 Server Setup, Match Administration Setup, and an auto-kicking feature; allowing it to be used for general matches and to run it on your public server 24/7. The SOLID crew would like to hear your thoughts on features that you would like to see that may or may not be present in existing anti-cheat programs. SOLID's goal is to ensure people are playing “stock” or “out-of-the-box” configuration. Any pk3 files, opengl, or anything that didn’t come with the installation will be detected. Additionally, certain files can be granted 'immunity' on the server. These files are instantly made available to anyone joining the server. This was created to facilitate an ease of distribution for custom maps on servers who run them. Included in this feature will be the ability to 'sync' all players in a match. So for instance, if a custom scope is decidedly allowed by both clans, players can easily download it through SOLID from the host without having to go hunt it down on a website, or distribute it one by one over AIM or other IM services.
Current features:
1. News SOLID Related news
2. Chat for communication, generally used for match purpose (coordination of clans before a match)
3. Player Verification displays a progress report on player verification.
4. 24/7 public setup Sets up your server for 24/7 SOLID supervision. 24/7 mode can be set up to require all players to run SOLID.
5. Match Setup for general match purpose
6. Game RCON allows administrators to pass RCON commands without entering the game.
7. Banning and Auto-Kicking based on IP, Name or "In String" (clan tag, foul language)
8. Automatic-Updates
9. Remote Screenshots similar to what's seen in DMW.
10. Game Directory and Process Dumps visible to all players.
11. Remote Administration of the Host through the Client (think of how you admin Teamspeak and you'll have the idea)
12. Player Sync to make sure everyone has the same handicap or advantage.
13. Map Transfer to allow easy joining to servers running custom maps or mods.

I'm not certain how long these guys have been around. I just noticed them this morning.
I had the pleasure of shooting it up with Nurse_Needles, Hobophobe and three recruits thesmurf, Chubbs_McGee, CrOssHaiR. These folks run a clean, cheat free server.
They are currently recruiting players that respect each other and the game. They have both a Sr. and Jr. Divsion, making them a family oriented server. They primarily run TDM with an Objective Rotation on Monday and Wednesday.
Their rules are simple:
No cheating or hacking is permitted; this includes taking advantage of map glitches. While we have many server side mods to enhance your game playing experience your game should be stock that is "IN THE OUT OF THE BOX CONDITION" no mods. Respect all other individuals on the server. You are a guest here; act accordingly. Swearing, slandering and excess taunting will not be permitted. Keep your comments positive!
I like the way they think. I'm not certain if they compete on OGL but I would like to encourage them to do so. We need new blood on the ladders! If you get a chance stop by and tell them mohtruth sent you.

As a side note however it was brought to my attention (anonomously) that |N.A.T.O.<| is currently suspended from OGL competition and rundown is banned. Why? Because rundown obtained player information for someone on another clan and forfieted that clans teams and tried to delete their teams from the ladder. I'm not sure which is worse... someone who accuses someone of hacking and refuses to provide proof or someone who stoops to sabotage in OGL. I guess it doesn't really matter since they are both the same person.>

I applaud your efforts for keeping hackers out of your server. If you did not get a chance to read the private message I sent to Jack Steel. I simply stated that I have played on servers with him many times over the past 2 years and more than once he has been accused of hacking and kicked. Any accomplished player almost certainly has faced the same situation.
The point I tried to make was that although he was accused I know the chances of him really hacking were non-existent. I feel the same way about =ANV= Eric. He is simply a very good player.
Good players who have played these maps a zillion times prefire on obvious positions, strategically place themselves where players are going to come around corners and turn up the surround sound so they can not only hear the slightest noise but know which direction it is coming from. To someone watching it could easily be mistaken for wall-hacking as you track someones footsteps.
I am NOT a member of any clan at this time and have not been since starting The MOH Truth. I simply try to provide a neutral site where I and all members of the community can come and catch up on whats going on and state their opinions and not have to surf a million forums.
As I said I applaud your efforts to police your server, but with that responsibility comes the possibilty of being wrong once in awhile. After all we are only human. All I suggested was to give Eric the benefit of the doubt and accept the challenge for a MW/Reverend scrim with an Admin observing both sides. What have you got to lose? If you win awesome! If MW/Reverend or an Admin kicks someone for hacking your vindicated. If you lose accept it graciously and lift the ban on =ANV=.

rundown responded....
We have accepeted the scrim... and your right its only human to be
wrong once in a while... and I even to this day get accused of being a
hack.... but you know what there is only one way to truely catch a
hacker now days.... not rev... not missionary..... not any other anti
cheat cause there are bypasses for all of them.... not screenshots
cause there are bypasses for that also...... and no i cant prove there
is a rev/missionary hack but if you ask black bart there have been
some in the past and dont you think its scary that no one talks about
it anymore.... cause you have to know someone to get it... or you have
to be the creator of it...... anyway my point is there is only one way
to catch a hack and that is to use a hack.... and take video....
<----- there I said it..... wooo hooo a big surprise.... we use a file>that was made for admin use that we got from a previous clan... its
totally detectable in any server that is running ci, autokick, if the
server has any anti cheat you will get banned for it... thats why we
use it only on our server where we allowed our anti cheat to catch it
but not ban it.... and our secruity admin uses it only in spec he is
not allowed to play in the game with this file... if he does hes
banned and kicked from the clan.....there thats why im 100% sure he
hacked... the video does not lie...........
QUESTION????????? If its, "totally detectable in any server that is running ci, autokick... and you will be banned." then WHY wasn't Eric kicked by ci.
FACT - MW/Reverend have never been hacked with a gaming cheat that was not detected by them or visible in the logs. The most recent attempt was simply an annoying message which was broadcast in the server. I challenge anyone to prove they have a MW/Rev hack that works. We can test it easy enough.
Video - With as much time that has passed and knowing what he did in OGL I wouldn't trust the video to be legitimate if it were broadcast now anyway. Who's to say it wasn't staged with someone posing as the accused.

To The Entire Gaming Community:
DIVISION:
The Division clan would like to once again apologize to the gaming community for our misdeeds, concerning acquisition and use of publicly available files. To the clans from which we acquired files, we ask forgiveness. We will be meeting with these clans and with their cooperation mending the divide between the two of us.
Our long time member EvilElmo, will not be playing with us as anymore. He is being left behind as our clan moves on.
We have met with Infinity clan, and come to a series of mutual agreements, which together we will fix. In meeting with Infinity clan we have found them to be a friendly group. In good faith, they will assist us repairing our status. Division too, has accepted Infinity clans apologies for accessing and copying the entire contents of our gaming clans private forums without permission..
We look forward to putting this behind us and enjoying each other's company for a friendly scrim.

I too would like to publicly apologize to the gaming community for our actions towards the Division clan. As I had read somewhere, I believe it was posted by Geezer.....two wrongs don't make a right. That really hit the nail on the head. We had no right to do what we did even under the pretense of trying to retrieve what had been acquired from us. It was not right, in fact it was totally wrong.
I find the 2 leaders of Division ( JJ and Duke) to be very friendly people and someone that I would like to associate with in the future. We have agreed to compete with each other in friendly scrims in CoD:UO in order for our two teams to get to know each other......this time on a more positive note. I have also agreed to release the ban on the Division Clan as I would hope other clans will now do the same. Thanks...

MOHAA will always be the game which all other first person WWII shooters are held up to. And while in the end we may stray from home to visit other games we will always come back to (if even for an occasional round or two) the one which became an addiction to us all.
MOHAA had only one downfall. EA Games!
No support, no support, no support.
I for one will not give them one more dollar for any game they produce until they prove themselves worthy of the devotion of their customers.
If it weren't for the tireless efforts of some very talented individuals and dedicated clans in the MOHAA community it would have faded away long ago.
Thank you for all you have done.
That said. It's time for the rest of the community to step up to the plate.
1- Hacks and idiots are a blight on this game. Too many fools out there think it's funny to smurf another clan and soil their reputation. Or go into a server and prove their vast grasp of colorful lanquage. It is sad each server has to experience the same behavior again and again. If you ban an ip on your server forward ss etc... with their ip & I will post it for the entire community to see.
2- OGL in the very near future will be announcing the addition of =VX9= Stones converted Spearhead and Breakthrough maps to ladder competition! For this to be a success we need more servers to load the maps into rotation and spread the word. If you haven't played these maps you are missing out. This is one bad offspring. The Last Dons are currently #1 on the OGL 6v6 TDM ladder. The leadership and talent are definately apparent in their (20-6) record.
